* Mexican Sasquashes *<\/p>\n
1lb ground beef <\/p>\n Mix everything above\u00a0with your hands<\/em><\/p>\n I had 6 small mexican squash and this mixture fit perfectly so if you had medium sized I would say 4 and large sized use 2.<\/p>\n Can use zucchini or yellow squash as well!<\/p>\n Wash and cut ends off squash and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out most of the insides and reserve for another recipe or throw it in with your meat mixture<\/em><\/p>\n
\n1 medium onion, diced
\n2 jalapenos, diced (no seeds)
\n1\/4 cup cilantro leaves
\n1 egg
\n1 tsp sea salt
\n1\/2 tsp black pepper
\n1\/2 tsp garlic powder
\n1\/2 tsp chili powder
\n1\/8 tsp jalapeno powder<\/a> (or cayenne)<\/p>\n
