Who doesn’t like peanut butter?

What about chocolate peanut butter??

It’s been awhile since I made homemade peanut butter so I figured it was about time to make a chocolate version – oh, and bonus, it’s full of all the amazing benefits of collagen and mct oil!

I’ve really been enjoying my Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen and it has inspired some extremely delicious treats like Chocolate Dream Cake and Mini Chocolate Coconut Cookies. Now I’m adding Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter to that list!

Now you could absolutely just mix the chocolate component into natural crunchy peanut butter, but what’s the fun in that?

* Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter *

1 cup roasted peanuts, shelled, salted (not dry roasted)
1 1/2 tbl Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen
3/4 tsp cocoa powder
pinch of salt

Put peanuts into food processor and start processing!

About halfway thru, you will end up with small peanut crumbs . . . keep going!

Once the oils release, it will start to resemble peanut butter

Scrape down sides and add Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen, cocoa powder and salt

Blend until completely creamy and serve!

Or, take it one step further . . .

Add 1/4 cup of peanuts and pulse a few times

This is perfect anywhere you’d use peanut butter, ya know, like a spoon heading straight for your mouth 🙂

I personally love it over a scoop of low carb vanilla ice cream!

This would be also delicious with any other nut or nut blend as well!
