My kiddos call this Restaurant Chicken because they say it tastes like chicken you get at a restaurant – and I agree! It couldn’t be easier to make and the flavor is just fantastic.

It’s even better when dipped in my Blue Cheese Dressing!

To make this mouth watering chicken, you’ll need Szeged Chicken Rub.

This stuff is incredible!

It even says right on the label that it’s the world’s best seasoning; THE WORLD’S BEST!

Good enough for me!

Full disclosure, the following amazing marinade recipe is on the side of this magical tin of delicious flavor except they want you to use 1/4 cup of the seasoning which is completely unnecessary. Use half like I do and get double the uses!
I also highly recommend their Steak Rub, it’s always my go to for Oven Baked Burgers.

* Restaurant Chicken *

1 lb chicken
1/8 cup Szeged Chicken Rub
4 tbl olive oil
2 tbl lemon juice

I like to use chicken tenders for this but it works great on any cut of chicken.

Mix all ingredients together and toss chicken to coat.

Cover and chill, allowing chicken to marinate for up to 6 hours.

Now grilling would always be my preference bc grilled meats are EVERYTHING but if you happen to find yourself without the meaning of life a grill, simply heat a skillet to medium high with a splash of olive oil and saute these babies up until golden brown!

These are absolutely amazing all by themselves but even better when dipped in my . . .

* Blue Cheese Dressing *

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 cup heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce (or more to taste!)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Mix together mayo, sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
