Olive Dip

This is one of my absolute favorite dips and it’s already keto!

You only have to change up what you dip in it – pork rinds are my favorite 🙂

This was always the first dip gone at parties and potlucks!

* Olive Dip *

1 cup green olives, whole
1 cup black olives, whole
1 cup mayo
1 cup cheese, shredded
green onions, sliced (optional)


Roughly chop olives until chunky (I used this but a few pulses in a food processor will work just as well). Put olives in an oven safe dish.

To the chopped olives, add mayo, sliced green onions (if desired) and half of the shredded cheese and stir to combine.  Top with the remaining cheese. This time I used half pepperjack and half cheddar and it was delish!

Bake at 350 for 25 min. Let rest for 5 min and dig in!

Serve with pork rinds, flax crackers or your favorite crudites.
